All raw materials are purchased from the leading enterprises to guarantee stable and qualified material property.

Supply – 100% Inspection

All materials will be test and only qualified materials can be labeled and stored in the warehouse. Sub-quality materials will be sent back to the supplier and replace with qualified materials again.

Sample Test

We adopt sampling during wedge wire screen production, involving taking periodic samples of the product at different stages of manufacturing to ensure that it meets the required specifications and quality standards.

QC – Dimensional Accuracy

Check the dimensions of the wedge wire screens, including slot size, width, length, diameter, and overall shape, to ensure they meet the specified tolerances.

QC – Material Quality

Verify the material used for manufacturing the wedge wire, such as stainless steel or other alloys. Ensure it meets the required standards for strength, corrosion resistance, and durability.

QC – Slot Size and Open Area

Measure and verify the slot size and open area of the wedge wire screens to confirm they match the design specifications. This is critical for effective filtration.
