Xinlu Wire Mesh Products Co.,Ltd Screens make Screen Cylinders from vee shaped wire for filtration. A V shaped wire is spirally wound and welded on a cage of longitudinal wedge shaped or trapezoidal shaped rods. Each and every intersection between vee shaped wire and the wedge wire is welded automatically. This creates a continuous spiral slot. These screen tubes cylinders are also known as continuous vee slot tubes.
Different types of construction are available such as
Rod base construction : Outside to Inside Flow
Wire Base Construction : Inside to Outside flow
Inverted Wire Base : Inside to Outside flow
External Axial Wire : Outside to Inside Flow
Internal Axial Wire : Inside to Outside Flow
External Circumferential Wire : Outside to Inside Flow
Internal Circumferential Wire : Inside to Outside Flow
Made of V-shape profile wire and longitudinal support rod, each intersecting point of the wires is fusion welded, so it has sturdy constriction and good mechanical property.
The V-shape section can avoid blockage and make sure of the unimpeded water. And the continuous slot have flexiable open area, that can reduce the speed of the water entering to avoid the sand entering the screen under the pressure, so it can filter sand better.
And also the slot size can changed according to different requirment.
It is widely used for water, oil, and gas wells, and is the dominant water well screen used in the water well industry.

1.Material: stainless steel(304, 304L, 316, 316L etc.)
low carbon, low carbon galvanized steel(LCG),
2.Diameter: Normal size is 89mm 114mm, 168mm 219mm 245mm 273mm 325mm 406mm 426mm and etc.
More size can be made according to customer's requirment
3.Slot: 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and etc.
Also can be made as customer's requirement.
4. Length: 1-6m (2.9 or 5.8m is suitable for container loading)
